Policies Concerning Appointments:
A NONREFUNDABLE CASH DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED FOR ALL TATTOO APPOINTMENTS.
You are allowed one reschedule, with the understanding that it is with at least 48 hour notice, after that, any cancelation or reschedule by the client will require another deposit, having lost the original deposit.
Deposits are also subject to change, depending on the artist. Some artists simply ask for more, sometimes its situational. Basically if you are known for being a “difficult” client ( i.e. you cancel/reschedule a lot, no call no show) the artist is within his rights to ask for whatever amount they feel comfortable booking you for, this could be as much as up front payment.
If you show up without proper ID you will not be tattooed, and you will lose your deposit. NO ONE UNDER THE AGE OF 18 CAN BE TATTOOED, even with parental consent, in NY.
Deposits are NOT TRANSFERABLE.
In case of a weather emergency, or other unforeseen events, please call us and let us know you wont be making your appointment, and we will reschedule you.
The “grace” period for rescheduling your appointment is a week, if within a week you do not reschedule, we will attempt to call you, and you will lose your deposit.
Gift Certificates are not applicable as deposits.
General Studio Policies:
We reserve the right to refuse to work on anyone, for whatever reason, and don’t need to explain it to you, so don’t bother.
It is up to the artist’s discretion if they are comfortable tattooing your hands, neck, or face…as a general rule though, we do not do so.
Please do not bring an entourage of people with you to the studio…1 or 2 people is fine, and you may love your 500 friends, and they might think they need to watch you get tattooed…but they dont, and its disruptive to the work being done, we please ask that you minimalize your entourage for your tattoo. Sorry.
